Hello everyone!

At this wonderful moment of bidding farewell to the old and welcoming the new, we are filled with lofty sentiments and expectations as we usher in the year 2025, a year full of hopes and challenges. On this occasion, on behalf of Shandong Pengcheng Max Construction Machinery Co., Ltd., I would like to extend my sincerest New Year wishes and heartfelt thanks to all employees who have worked hard all the time, and to all partners who have supported us!

Looking back on the past year, we have experienced many challenges and also achieved remarkable results. In 2024, we successfully completed the overall relocation from Yantai to Rushan and quickly put into production. With the strong support of Rushan City, our No.1 and No.2 workshops have been reconstructed, and nearly 1,200 sets of advanced overhead cranes, CNC machines, welding equipment and testing equipment have been purchased for the processing and welding of construction machinery parts, as well as the assembly and testing of complete machines. Meanwhile, the construction of No.3 workshop is in full swing, which is scheduled to be officially put into production by the end of June 2025. All these achievements are inseparable from the hard work of every employee, the close cooperation of partners, and the strong support of the Rushan Municipal Government. Here, I express my heartfelt thanks to everyone!

Looking forward to 2025, we are full of confidence and hope. In the new year, we will continue to uphold the enterprise philosophy of "people-oriented, technology-led", take intelligent production lines as the foundation, tap the potential of high-end equipment manufacturing, and continuously improve product quality and technical level. We will continue to promote the construction of No.3 workshop, accelerate the implementation of the 100-ton mining truck project, plan to produce large mining trucks of 200-ton and 300-ton models, with 80% of the products exported and 20% sold domestically, further expanding domestic and foreign markets. We believe that through the joint efforts of all Pengcheng people, we will surely achieve the goal of producing 3,000 construction machinery vehicles annually, with an annual output value exceeding 1 billion yuan, making greater contributions to the development of high-end equipment manufacturing industry in Rushan City.

In the new year, we will continue to strengthen team building, gather forces from all parties, and build a united, forging ahead, innovative and combat-effective team. We will encourage every employee to give full play to their wisdom and talents, actively devote themselves to work, and strive to achieve our common goals. We believe that as long as we work together with one heart and one mind, there will be no difficulties we cannot overcome and no goals we cannot achieve.
