Recently, a customer delegation from Indonesia visited Shandong Pengcheng Max Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. for an inspection tour. Both sides held in-depth discussions on a large-scale construction machinery cooperation project with a total investment of 1 billion yuan. Covering an area of 349 mu, this project is a high-end equipment manufacturing base prioritized by Pengcheng Group in recent years. Pengcheng Group has planned four production and processing workshops, each undertaking different production tasks. Among them, the excavator assembly workshop will focus on the assembly and production of high-performance excavators; the mechanical cutting and processing workshop will be dedicated to the manufacturing of precision parts; the underground mine vehicle workshop will produce special vehicles for mining operations; and the overseas equipment manufacturing workshop will target the international market by undertaking the production of various customized engineering machinery and equipment.

At present, the company has completed the reconstruction of No.1 and No.2 processing workshops, each with an area of 36,000 square meters, and introduced nearly 1,200 sets of advanced production equipment including overhead cranes, CNC equipment, welding equipment and testing equipment. The application of these equipment has greatly improved the processing accuracy and production efficiency of construction machinery parts, and also provided a strong guarantee for complete machine assembly and testing.

Meanwhile, Pengcheng Group is continuing the construction of No.3 processing workshop, also with an area of 36,000 square meters, which will serve as the production base for the Phase II 100-ton mining truck project. According to the project director, the project is scheduled to be officially put into production by the end of June next year, mainly producing large mining trucks of 200 tons and 300 tons. With its profound accumulation and technical strength in the construction machinery field, Pengcheng Group is confident of securing a strong position in this sector.

The unit price of these vehicles is expected to exceed 10 million yuan, of which 80% will be exported to overseas markets and the remaining 20% sold domestically."
