On November 19, late autumn in Shanghai still carried warm hints of summer. The pleasant weather highlighted the enthusiastic preparation work of all exhibitors. The Pengcheng Douxin team worked closely with delivery drivers. Despite various obstacles and difficulties, they finally unloaded three exhibition machines safely and steadily.

As the exhibition opening was approaching, all exhibitors were busy setting up their booths. The outdoor area was already filled with various construction machinery of all sizes, making the access and unloading routes extremely crowded and narrow. Meanwhile, the organizer only allowed a 5-hour window for truck unloading. After on-site inspection and repeated evaluation, the team and drivers finally developed a feasible unloading plan. The trucks proceeded with extreme caution, especially for the 650 pile driver, which had a tall body and long arm, requiring high precision in turning and reversing to avoid damaging neighboring booths. Fortunately, all three exhibition machines were successfully unloaded and positioned as planned.

The safe placement of the three machines was only the first step of the exhibition. The Pengcheng Douxin team would continue to work together to create an impressive booth and present Douxin’s outstanding products to the visitors.

After several days of construction and preparation, the Pengcheng Douxin booth was ready. November 24 marked the first day of bauma CHINA 2020. Despite the cold and drizzly weather in Shanghai, the enthusiasm of visitors and distinguished guests remained undiminished. The symbolic emerald-green Douxin flags fluttered gently in the breeze, welcoming visitors at the entrance from Hall W4 to the outdoor exhibition area.

The Douxin exhibition team prepared promotional materials, gifts, display boards, mini-programs and other exhibition supplies in an orderly manner. Whenever visitors approached with inquiries, team members provided warm reception and detailed answers, helping them gain a deeper understanding of the company’s background, strength, brands, pricing and product configurations.
